Is your dress basically white with a shimmer to it? If so you can buy a 'shimmer' veil, its shiny and silvery looking. I know Paradise Bridal has them but I wouldnt recommend buying from them

Mine is Maggie gold and the veil I ordered is actually mocha (Go Figure)
If you go to veilshop.com they have a chart of manufacturer's colors and what color veil they recommend.
If you bring a swatch into Barrons they'll be able to make something that matches--they have a ton of different colors to work with.

My dress is a light ivory and I'm hoping that I can find the same color aswell. Maybe you can get a color swatch of the dress? HTH.

when you get it hemmed - use the left over pieces .... my SIL had a champagne dress and tried on the veils with the dress on- i believe her veil was ivory

The place where you are getting your dress from should be able to match your veil for you. I know my place told me they would dye my veil for me because my dress color is considered shell pink.
