Okay, once you upload them to shutterfly - how to I get them to post here? I'm so confused...

I either just post the link on liweddings or I right click on the pic and save it to my desktop and post like that..then I delete it from my desktop if I want to take it off.
Trust me..it took a while to figure this crap out..I am so bad with things like this! LOL
