My Husband and I want to go to North Carolina for 4 night getaway. We are looking for something on or by a beach. Any suggestions on what areas are the best? Also any hotel, motel or BB suggestions would be helpful as well.
Thanks!!

Outerbanks is the greatest. I have been going there with my family for the past 15 years & it gets better & better every year. We get a house down there for a week.

Ditto. I lived in Myrtle Beach for 2 years, the North Myrtle Beach area, Calabash, and Wilmington are great. (Steer clear of actual Myrtle Beach, it's a redneck riviera down there!)
