To all of you who had or will have your receptions at NRC, which stations did you choose for the cocktail hour? I am having trouble deciding.... Were any of them much better than others?? Thanks!

Do you have the choices with you? I can't even remember which we picked - and my wedding was only like 6 months ago!
I know we had a bunch of the basics (pasta, cold stuff, italian). For the special/'different' one we did the crepes....I had a couple tastes and it was yummy.

We picked: Crudite Pasta Carving Board Cold Italian Antipasto Hot Italian Antipasto Crepes
Then I think we picked an asian one - with dumplings or dim sum or something. Not sure which one from the list.
Honestly, I tried a little bit of a few things but I can't give you much of an opinion on how they tasted. I had no compliants though! Everyone said there was a ton of food.
