My mom would love this thread. She cant wait to help pick the menu!!
Im not sure yet exactly which four stations we arent having. I dont think we are having the duck station and the mediterranian station.

Not sure yet, but the hot Italian the stir fry and the carving stations definitely, I'm not sure if I can afford to pay extra for the seafood, but I love seafood!!

I can't remember the difference between the framboise, tuscan and livornaise chickens. I remember there was one I didn't like (it had beans in it...), so I think that's why I'm having trouble choosing!

chicken frambooise-stuffed chicken w spinach, sundried tomatoes, and pine nuts in a raspberry glaze
Cicken Mediterranean-sauteed chicken w fresh tomatoes, herbs, black and green olives, white beans
Chicken tuscany-sauteed chicken with or with out proscuitto, leeks, artichokes, mushrooms in a madera wine sauce
Chicken Porcini-herb roasted chicken breast in a wild mushroom sauce

i have no idea!!!! we have to modify the cocktail hour/reception menu b/c we are trying to have a 'kosher style' affair.
