Re: North Ritz Club
What are you ladies doing about accomodations after the wedding? I like the fox hollow inn, but there is no bar there and I really want a place where people can continue the festivities. I was also hoping for a hotel with a shuttel (I know this is asking for a little too much) What are you thinking about doing?

Re: North Ritz Club
I am staying at the Fox Hollow Inn the night of, but I am not sure about anyone else. We don't have any out of towners, so that isn't a problem for us...

Re: North Ritz Club
I am getting married there next sunday afternoon. As I said before I don't think that fence is going up anytime soon but I will ask them for you. I'm stopping by monday to make my final payment, drop off my favors, seating chart, etc. My guests are staying at the Melville Marriot which has a bar. I will be staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow the night of our wedding. I'm not leaving for Italy until 2 days after the wedding so I will able to give you a review, I just don't know if I will have any pics right away unless someone takes digital camera pics.

Re: North Ritz Club
maybe you ladies can help me...
i am getting married at the north ritz club on a sunday nite at 6pm. i was told that there is the possibility that a sunday afternoon wedding could be booked for my day as well, which would end at 5. I am concerned that this is not enough time to set up for my wedding! has anyone else been through this or know of anyone who has been in the same situation? any help is appreciated. when i drop my next deposit i was thinking of speaking to christina about it.

Re: North Ritz Club
groovypeg, I would look into that becasue you know not everyone is going to be out by 5:00. people hang around for a while. I would definately talk to Christina about that....
Then again, I am sure this has happened before and I am sure they wouldn't book them so close if they can't handle it...

Re: North Ritz Club
While the day wedding is in the reception room they can be setting up the cocktail room for your wedding...and While your guests are in cocktail hour...they can be setting up the reception room for your wedding. I would not worry...but call them with any concerns

Re: North Ritz Club
I really want to know about the fence.....I can't believe they told me when I was there on May 20 that the fence would be up the next day! They guaranteed us that the fence would be up for our wedding (6/13). Not that the fence not being up would really matter to me in the grand scheme of things, but I just don't like that it seems like they are flat out lying to people! Has anyone found out anything new?
Oh - and I just thought of something.....they never offered us the linen upgrade when we chose our linens...I wonder why?

Re: North Ritz Club
I had to bring it up to them when I went to look around. I asked Christina about them and then she showed me them

Re: North Ritz Club
They never showed me the linens either, I just asked about them. I wasn't interested, plain linens were fine for me. I'll be there tomorrow to drop off some stuff and make my last payment.
