DH and I looked at this house in Northport, and although it's not what we're looking for it is a nice house...many levels, move in condtion, good sized yard and walk to Crab Meadow beach. I know the seller is a realtor herself so you might be able to save some $ on commissions...Here is the link (FYI Original price was $535k now it's $479, not sure why...) oh and there is room for Mom if you needed it.
Wow -- I'm surprised thats not sold already. Thats the nicest house I've seen in that area at that price.

I know! Me too, its a really nice house. The house is currently empty - it was a rental and she had the people move out and then redid everything and had a furniture rental place come in and furnish it for showing purposes. Its in a nice area too - really cute homes...2 min walk to the beach. Very nice. DH and I have a house and we're looking to upgrade and that wasnt exactly what we wanted, but for the price, in Northport - it seems like a steal!! It's about a 5 min drive from Northport Village and the school district is great too.
Oh yeah and the house has beach rights! Pretty cool.
