They both are great cruise lines, but very different. NCL is free-style cruising while Celebrity is a 'traditional' cruise line. Clientele will depend on time of year, itinerary, etc. I think all cruises are great for couples and romantic. NCL may be more 'coulpley' b/c it's free-style and doesn't have you eating dinner with the same group/table every night. You're more on your own.
I celebrity is a better cruise line overall. Norwegian is genrally less expensive, its a good cruise line, free style dinning mean you don't have assigned times. Celebrity has a higher quality of food (fh and i are both into our food and they are much much better) Celebrity does offer a couple table if you tell them its your honeymoon or anniver. they will reserve.
