not a good day at all.....

Ok so this is my story I been thinking about eloping with FH. Why do this when I been dreaming about my wedding since I was kid????
B/c I feel I dont have the support from anyone except FH to plan all this on my own. My friends are all over the place (I graduate HS in Dominican Republic and most of them are there some In NH and others in spain) my family is in Dominican Republic too and my mom is the only one here and is going through a midlife crisis. I'm only child so no siblings to count on. FH is very supportive but their is ony so much he can do. Guys can't distinguish two different type of flowers they dont care about souvenirs (or at least dont know the difference of what will look better) youy can't go dress shopping with FH and every other task ahead.
At the same time I ask my self why to complicate my life so much only so I can feed some people that can't help me on my way to what should be the best day of my life...... Bottton line, I always wanted a wedding but I don't know if I can handle the pressure all on my own.

im sorry that your having a bad day, Maybe you can elop and then when you have the money you can get like a lil get together to do like a small party..

I know that they are not cheap, but what about looking into a wedding coordinator? They can help you plan everything and can be a support system for you. If, we can help you here!

Is a little expensive for my budget... but thank you so much for your help I think I'm just going to try to make it happen. I been thinking and at the end I will regret more eloping than if I go with it.
By the way FH just called and told me that he clear a couple of days next week to go and check some other places (and that had make appointments in some to go and check out). He is been such a sweatheart with my mood

well what things can't you decide on right now? Post pics of stuff you can't decide on and we'll help you! Whatever you need help with post it and we'll try to help. Don't let other people ruin what you've been dreaming about. Use this site to its fullest!! HTH

I sometimes feel that way too. No one wants to listen. Sometimes coming on here makes me feel better

well if you want we are here to help as well so, plan as we shell help with everthing, like should you go with this or should you go with that .we are here to help.....

I think we are all going to feel alone at some point in the wedding planning process...stick it out your going to love the day when it is finally here!! Imagine that years of planning for one day...but it will all be worth it!! Like the girls said we're all here to help !

your welcome that is why we are here, it is not drama. We are all going through how we are going to plan the wedding and where should we have it. We are here to help also if it helps there is a vendor help broad too it is great they will help you too just put in the broad what you need and they will FM you what the quote is and their website. It is a great broad...

I know it's hard when friends are not around and FH is not that interested but, I have friends that are around that I still cant talk to about my wedding ideas because they get tired of hearing about it so I just use this site and the help from the ladies on here. it really works, try it before you elope. If you need help or confused about something just post and we are always glad to help.
