not a promising start- updated

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB (pictures coming soon)

although my first impression cause of the lateness, was not a good one ... I found them to be very personalable, friendly, and sweet.

they knew what they were doing and i was very happy with the trail, especially the hair! :)

That would make me not want to book. That is my biggest pet peeve too. Everyone use to ake fun of me when I was young b/c I was 10 years old making sure I got every where 10 minutes early! lol

yeah - definitely not a good start. did they say why they would be late (i.e. were they calling from the road and there was a random inexplicable traffic jam)?
