Every day this week, I start to get a bad headache and achy around 3:30 - 4:00. I think I am staring at the computer too much. My boss is out and I have nothing to do at work, so I am on here or looking at wedding stuff all day. I left work early today because of it and did my conference call from home. I really want to go to gym today too (well, I don't want to but I should since I haven't been in 2 weeks) but feel like crap. Maybe I should get off the computer, what do you think?

maybe you need to get your eyes checked That could cause headaches in the afternoon. . .
Or maybe you're making excuses not to go to the gym lol

Are you sure maybe it's not allergies. My allergies have been bothering me a lot the past week, and I keep having headaches. Feel better!

I stayed home from work because my head hurt so bad yesterday. It s u c k s! Where exactly does it hurt? Different areas are caused by different things - stress, eye-strain, sinus, etc.

I have an eye dr appt in a few weeks, yearly checkup, so I will check that.
I have had problems with the computer before, had to go to 'vision therapy' a while back because my one eye was doing more work than the other and giving me bad headaches above my one eye. However, this is more all over my head.
Maybe it's the heat? Around the same time as I get the headaches, I get very warm. Even now, I am home, and my ac blew so we only have one in the bedroom and it doesn't cool the whole place like the old one, which was in the hall window, did.
Maybe I should go in there and lie down for a while ....
