Out of 240 people, we aren't going to meet our minimum of 175. We are scraping to get 150, including our vendors. This *****!!!! I feel insulted and sad about some of the NO's, people I expected to be there. I guess when it comes to this, you can't have any expectations.

Oh it's not like you just have 3 days before the wedding. You are one month away. Maybe you can find other people to invite and mail the invite this weekend.

You could always negociate with you hall and tell them you cannot meet your minimun and maybe they can do some free upgrades.
