Not happy with Foxhollow at the moment...

I am getting married there in two weeks, and I am getting a bit perturbed at them. I had a question about flowers for my cake and a throw away bouquet and i called perfect wedding planner and left 3 messages, no one called back. Then I had a question to ask Stacy about the number of tables i could have in my room, and she told me to call anytime her cell phone is always on. So i call, leave a message, no return call. Called again a few days later, no call back. Then i had to call in my final count to billing and low and behold i get voicemail and i leave a message, no one calls back. Finally i had to literally SCREAM at the receptionist to put SOMEONE ON THE PHONE I DIDNT CARE WHO AT THAT POINT, and all of a sudden stacy became available to talk to. So fine, then i go to Foxhollow Inn to confirm reservations i made 3 months ago, they lost them had to make new ones. So now today i get a bill in the mail saying that i owe them money from a downpayment that was due on april 1st and if i dont pay, my day will not be held. When actually my final down payment was MARCH 1ST. And now i just owe the remainder, so i called, and once again there was no one to talk to so i got Franks voicemail, (the guy who booked me and told me if i ever need anything, he was there for me) and i left a message explaining the issue and want a call back to please confirm that there is an error on their part, and so HAVE ANY OF YOU HEARD FROM HIM??? CAUSE HE HASNT CALLED ME BACK.... so as of right now i am not too pleased. Oh and at my viewing of my centerpiece the flowers were all wilted and hanging like they were dying. I cant wait for this day to be over so i dont have to deal with any of this crap anymore. I'm so pissed right now.. thanks for letting me vent.... hope all you other FH brides have had better luck with them. Well gotta go throw myself out a window..

Oh wow, Im sorry this is so stressful, Im be FUMING too, Keep calling, I would call every five minutes, and leave messages, tell them, Im paying A lot of money to actually talk to someone not a voice mail system...

I would keep calling and insisting on speaking with someone. Also, keep a record of how many calls you made and to whom. The day of, bring it with you so if there are any problems (there WON'T be, but just for your peace of mind) you can tell them that you have been trying to get ahold of them for x number of days to resolve this issue!

So sorry this is happening to you so close to your day! Don't let inconsiderate people ruin it for you! Your day is going to be great!

if your getting your flowers for perfect wedding planner they usually throw in the throw bouquet you just have to request it they did for me but i was extremely over priced for my cake flowers. just call perfect wedding planner and ask for rosanna she is in charge im pretty sure. dont panic all we be okay

I am so sorry this happened to you.


When I first signed with Chateau Briand and went to see the perfect wedding planner they were absolutely horrible to us! By the time we found where the room was, we waited in the room for 20 minutes while they were behind the door completely ignoring us. The guy that does the flowers was in the room talking to another client. When they finally decided to talk to us, they acted like we were bothering them or something. Very annoying and overall rude people.


Good luck with everything. Just be persistent - Lord knows you are paying them enough $$$!

I am getting married there too that same week and am also using perfect wedding planner as my florist. They added the throw bo-k and cake flowers for free so I am sure they won't charge you for that. Don't worry as stressing as it is I am sure it's a minor bump in the road and everything will work out.

Go to their web site and e-mail either Gerry Scotto at Fox Hollow or better yet Tony Scotto at Westbury Manor. I think you'll get their attention.

Sorry you are being treated so poorly and althought Scottos do run a very nice affair the PERFECT WEDDING PLANNER STINKS . Several of my friends have been treated so badly by them thay seem to have no people skills . The woman who runs it I believe her name is Rosanna needs an attitude ajustment . Get on the phone and ask for Jerry Scotto or Anthony Scotto at the Westbury Manor he will address the matter at once.

Hi girls, well i finally spoke to Frank today, he called me... the letter i received was a computer glitch, and he apologized saying i didnt owe anything to them, and i told him about all the crap i went thru in the past week or so with no return calls. He said that was the first he was hearing of it (sure sure) and he would speak to those people (sure sure). He went on about how i was so important to them and they LOVE ME. he actually said that, and i am the bride, and this is the supposed to be the best time of my life right now, and he will do whatever to make that so, and he invited me and my fiancee to foxhollow for dinner with him. blah blah blah... and i was like rolling my eyes like yeah yeah, puhlease... i told him i cant wait for this day to be over cause i'm totally sick of all the CRAP that is associated with this wedding, and he's like dont say that... and he said i should call him directly with any questions even if its 2 am, he will give me his home number... well for $20 some odd Grand, he better butter up my nuts!! So i just said thanks and see ya in two weeks.... so that was that.. lets home these next 16 days go smoothly.. thanks for all your support girlie girls...

It's terrible that you had to be stressed and agrivated to that point that they have to be kissing your you know what, I hope they don't mess up anything else and I hope that your day turns out to be the great, just stay calm and breathe, it will all be over soon and it will be worth it, when you look back and it's your 25th anniversary!!
