not impressed at all

So after hearing so many good reviews about royalty limo; i pretty much figured I would go with them... so I called about 2 weeks ago to get an appointment with manny... i was put on hold for a couple minutes, then disconnected... i called back, was transfered through 3 people; each time explaining i wanted to make an appointment with manny to discuss wedding limos; i finally get someone who doesnt transfer me, so I made an appointment for today. They seemed very disinterested in assisting me, but i figured whatever, everyone has those days....

I show up a little early for my appt, and the woman tells me, oh manny was off today... ok, so why did they schedule an appt for me to meet with him when he's not gonna be there? and the other people in there were basically rude and no help at all, and made it seem like they were doing me the biggest favor acknowledging my FH and I standing there... cause they never even offered us a seat.

anyone have other limo company suggestions in the nassau area.........

All-star...2 of my friends have just used them and were really happy.

I plan on using ALL Star.. they are in Farmingdale and have a showcase EVERY Thursday from 6-9..

im using royalty but i know what you mean....they can get like that sometimes!

we are using royalty and they can be abrupt. we booked them for the price we got

I'm using Royalty and spoke with Joe. He was really nice and very helpful. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

I plan on looking into Roylaty as well- sometime when a vendor gets to 'full ' of themselves from all the good reviews they start to fall off.

We are using Sir Oliver - If you do a search on here there seems to be a lot of good reviews on them.

We just booked All Star last night. Debbie was amazing -- very accomodating, and their cars are immaculate.

I cant speak highly enough about Camelot they are on the vendor list.

This has got to be the 3rd or 4th bad review I've seen on Royalty in 2 months. My DOC insists I book with them bc she trusts them and will give me a good price bc of her. They are also located a few minutes from my house.

I have to say I'm am more than a little apprehensive to go with them after seeing this. I might check out All Star and Sir Oliver too.
