what was your minimum?
mine is 150...I am just getting the RSVP's back, but with inviting 229 I don't think we'll have a problem! wanna borrow some of my people...lol...I am in the Plaza room soon after YOU : ) Good luck with everything!

Definitely talk to your place. Are you feeding your vendors? Maybe they would be willing to count them so you don't pay for nothing. You're not off by much, so I hope they cut you a deal.

I totally know how you feel, I didn't make my minimum either. After some conversation, we got the chair covers thrown in. It's really the right thing for them to do if you going to be paying for people who aren't even there. Good luck!
