Not 'rehearsing' at rehearsal dinner - invite advice? :)

Our ceremony rehearsal is 1/2 hour before the real thing (no pressure there!) - which is probably the one thing that stinks about having the ceremony and reception at the same place. So anyway, we''re hosting an early dinner the day before for 30 people - any advice on *fun* invite wording? (I''m making my own informal invites) Thanks!!

just a thought...

I'm having my ceremony and reception at the same place also and we are going to have the rehersal the day before at my FH's aunts house and have a 'mock' rehersal...just to get everyone ready...

We called it a 'Pre-Wedding Dinner', and I also made my own invitations for it. It was for out-of-town guests and bridal party. We had 50 people at ours, and it was so much fun. Enjoy!

I'm doing the same thing... But having problems finding a restaurant to hold it (same amount of guests as you). Where did you have your 'pre-wedding' dinner? thanks!
