Not so ordinary hamburgers

OK - I have this craving for a grilled hamburger - I usually mix chop meat with lipton onion soup mix - what do you guys do for an extra special burger?

We usually make 'meatloaf burgers'
Chop meat
1 egg
Mustard & ketchup to taste
Chopped onion
A little bread crumb

And then just cook them like regular burgers! Sooo good.

I take whatever sauce I have in the fridge and throw it in the meat and let it sit over night (if I am prepared)

Soy sauce
BBQ
Steak
Leihenperens (SP?)
onion powder
Garlic Powder
Finely Chopped onions
Mix it into the meat!

YUMMY!

Also try stuffed burgers or 'inside out cheese burgers' Take some meat press fat, put some cheese in center (feta, cheddar, swiss, blue, etc), top with more meat and grill up!

AWESOME!!!

I like to put some BBQ sauce in with the raw chop meat when I make the burgers. They are always delicious!!

I put chinese oyster sauce on my burger. It gives it such good flavor. It is so yummy!!

off my wishbone bottle today

1/4 cup of wishbone italian dressing
some italian bread crumbs
mix it up in the chop meat and make your patties

sometimes I mix cheddar chees in with the meat...but I usually make patties and freeze...so I dress up with condiments...

my aunt makes yummy ones.... after they are cooked theyre like an inch thick.... with onions and mushrooms mixed into it
