I bought these earrings as part of my DOJ, i also bought a necklace with crystals on it and a bracelet also. Now i've been thinking if i would've went with a all pearl necklace and bracelet combo if that would flow better with these earrings. What do you girls think crystal necklace and bracelet or pearl necklace and bracelet?

Hmm....I tend to feel like if you have some pearl, you should carry it through. Or if you're going to have only some pearl, then just in the bracelet. I was having the same dilemma, only I bought my headpiece first, which had pearls, so then I felt obligated to have all majority pearl DOJ. Pearls are tricky little buggers!

My headpiece has crystals and pearls so it's tough to match it. Let me see if i find a pic of my headpiece. I wanted pearls for that classy feel.

Hmm...you might not even need a necklace because it looks like a pretty wide tiara and then the earrings are drops. The headpiece looks like it's majority crystals with some pearls, so the earrings match nicely, and maybe you can find one of those pearl bracelets with the crystal brooch?

with the tiara and those earrings i dont think you even really need a necklace, your gown has a lot of deatil (and its beautiful btw!!!!!) and i think a necklace might take away from it a little, but if you really want to id go with a simple crystal one

I'm going to have it placed on my head like a headband so it lays more flat because when i bought it i didn't think it was so high.I don't want it looking like a crown. I love those bracelets but wouldn't my neck be too naked if i don't have anything.I have a strapless scoop dress. These decisions grr

Thank you . I have a crystal one but i'm having second thoughts lol. I guess since i haven't bought anything wedding related in awhile i'm itching to buy something

I think it would like fine without a necklace, it doesn't look like the model in the pic is wearing one and it looks fine. I should talk though, I'm decked out to the hilt and my mom said I look guinea So either way, with or without one I think it will look good, it just doesn't look like you absolutely NEED a necklace from what I can see from the dress and the rest of the DOJ.

lol@what your mom said . It's like you are so used to wearing necklaces with strapless dresses if you don't you feel wrong for not doing it lol. This is the necklace i bought.

It's a subtle enough necklace that it shouldn't look awful...I would try everything on once you go for your first fitting, and if you think it's too much, you can always sell your necklace!
