Not sure how to Prove this....
I know I ahve postred again and again about the animals I work for....Well...this situation I need some insight on....
the BEOTCH 'boss' (who owns like 20% of this business) apparently emailed the OWNER/CEO the other day and said that when the girl who has been out for 2 days because she was 'sick' (WHO WE ALL HATE) to be nice to her because 'you know how the other girls out there are so Beotchy'
THen today, she made a comment to another girl that this same girl (WHO WE HATE) made the comment to her that we (ME AND THIS OTHER GIRL WHO SHE TOLD) have chips on our shoulders, and we should not act like that to her..etc..etc...
Just a quick backround....this girl is 42 years old, a total busy body, and has been kept there 'out of convenience' for the past 2 years...and she got 'promoted' to supervise the other 4 girls in the outer office...(me included) and its TOTALLY goiong to her head...she has only been there 2 years...we ahve been there 4 years and have more knowledge about what she is sposed to be supervising...
ANYWAYS< I am looking for a new job....but so far, I ahve to stay there...but what I really need to know is if these this were seaid, its just basically my word against hers, right? I mean, I know about thne email because one girl saw it....it was not sent to her but she was covering for the CEO while he was on vacay so she saw it...I feel this is total harassment and is it libel or slander to talk about someone negatively behind their back??
