Not sure if you can help...but it's worth a try...

Last Saturday (9/30) as many of you know, I went to my cousin's wedding in Ohio. SINCE then, yes for over a week now, I can't feel 3 of my toes on my right foot. I also have a mysterious black and blue on my calf (but I didn't hit my leg on anything). I did 'kick' something hard that night (with the ball of my foot - the bottom). Do you think that if I can't feel it that maybe I either did nerve damage or could have broken something? I am SOO bothered by this. I lived in flipflops on vacation and hardly wore heels, but now that i am back to work with heels on, it seems to be getting worse....any advice?

I've had this before from wearing strappy heels. Each time it has gone away for me, but it would probably be wise to at least give your doctor a call.

def call a doctor. I don't want to scare you but some blood clotting disorders also cause nerve issues. And you can have a disorder and not even know it. Hope its nothing and that you feel better sooon.
ETA: most of the time its nothing but unexplained calf bruising and be an indicator of DVT

By 'nicked' do you mean cut? If so, follow everyone's advice and go to the Dr. If not, go to the Dr. anyway... it coudln't hurt to just go to make sure.

There is a clot that can occur from flying. It is very dangerous and should be checked out by a doctor.

same thing happend to my toes at my siseters wedding....i was like that for a longggg time! But go t a Dr just to be safe!!

You say you are 'sooo bothered by this.' Go to the doctor - even if it's nothing you'll KNOW that it's nothing and it won't bother you anymore. And if it is something, you're being good and taking care of it quickly.

A similar thing happened to me last year - I don't really want to go into it, but parts of my arm and leg were turning numb and it freaked me out so badly I couldn't sleep for like a month. I went to the doctor and he did a bunch of blood tests and I was fine - it turned out to be a weird reaction to Nutra-Sweet, of all things! I just stopped drinking diet soda and was fine 2 months later (it took that long for my system to go back to normal). Anyway, I was totally kicking myself that I didn't go sooner; I wasted so much time scaring myself looking up symptoms on WebMD. DON'T DO THAT. You'll convince yourself that you have every disease in the book. Go to the doctor and put your mind at ease.
