Not sure which hairpins to buy....CONFUSED!!

I am wearing my hair low in the back (chignon) and I would like to put some hairpins in my hair...

I have no idea what to buy. They have 3 different styles...

1. Flower is on top & Push straight in
2. Flower is sideways and push in like a bobbypin
3. Flower is on a swirl thing.

Any ideas? I'm totally confused!!

I do not like the swirl things. They never stay in my hair...JMO

I would go for either of the first two. Whichever is more subtle.

I think the first kind are easier to just stick in with out altering the do.

I'm trying to figure the same thing out for my bridesmaids.

I had type #1 and I lost one and in several pictures you can see another sticking out of my up-do about a 1/4 of an inch.

But I can't tell you if either of the other choices are better.

I still can't understand why SOMEONE didn't notice & just push it back in!!!

Thank you!! I was actually thinking of your pictures when I posted this I am wearing my hair similiar and wanted to know which ones were better to buy...

Guess I'll stick with the ones you got...

Just tell MOH or someone before hand to be on the lookout for popping pins!!
