Not that I look or anything...

But I have been wondering why my shower invites have been out for over 2 weeks and nothing has come of my registry...

Well turns out one of my bms had to call me and ask where I registered... my sister forgot to put it in the invites I think

So I guess shes telling people as they rsvp.. but that hasnt been many people yet and the rsvp date is my bday.. not too far away

It'll work out. Maybe you could have them mailed separately? Lots of people wait till the last minute- and many are still Christmas shopping. It'll be ok- don't worry!

Thanks.. I think the worst part is that my fsil who is getting married 7 months after me already got all her china purchased and a few other little things ( which she probably bought for herself with her employee discount) but its still depressing.

i'm convinced no one goes shopping for showers/engagement parties/baby showers until the night before. With the holidays upon us, people are probably just getting that shopping out of the way first.

Ah... MrsZ please don't worry! Like everyone has been saying - it's crazy and difficult with the holidays here. Everything will work out fine! I wish I was close enough to see items being taken off my registry!!
