not that youze guyze should care...
but i just wanted to give you a funny little update on my life the last 2 weeks...
1. my lawsuit was SUPPOSEDLY settled on the 23rd... the guy has two weeks to put the money in an ESCROT account or whatever its called... has he done that yet? no. will he do it? probably not. what does this mean? it means the deal is null and void and we're back at square one.
2. my brand new car that was purchased a little over 2 weeks ago is FINALLY out of the shop. It's been in and out of the service department since the day i bought it! Apparently the problem is fixed, however, we shall see if the stupid light comes on again. (i'll bet it comes on in the next 24 hours)
3. i am sick. getting over the WORST summer cold ever. At first my dr. thought it was strep... she was like 'its so weird, i saw someone with strep last week, its so rare to see strep in the middle of the summer' ...thats great. give me some drugs. so she gave me the Z-Pack.. holy crap this stuff is amazing. i took it yesterday, today, and i have to take it tomorrow, but i feel 123908% better today than i did yesterday, so it's working. Plus i may be OD'ing on Advil, but its helping, so whatevs.
4. my building's super is the biggest freakin moron ever!!!!!!! i called about a month and a half ago (i moved in June 1st, I called approximately 1 week after that) to report several issues with the apartment, including a leaky air conditioner, a shower thats falling apart, a hole behind my bed, a closet door that fell off, and many others. So i had FINALLY had enough of them not returning my phone calls and i left FOUR very detailed messages. They FINALLLLLLY called me back last week! So get this... he came to take my shower apart... BUT DIDNT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN UNTIL 4 DAYS LATER!!! so i was without a shower for FIVE days!!!...they finally came back and grouted YESTERDAY (when he said he would be back saturday.. PSSHH)... so now i have to wait another 5 days to take a shower so the grout can fully dry! WHAT THE HELL MAN!
5. in addition...they were gonna CHARGE me for the damage the leaky air conditioner did to the apartment beneath me! ARE THEY KIDDING?!?!?! I REPORTED IT! and only used it when I HAD to.. like when it was A BILLION DEGREES OUT!!! FCKKKK THEM!!!! So I had my dad call and now i dont have to pay for it anymore. :)
and lastly...
6. I'm a camp counselor with a group of 12 four year olds, I'm sick, I have my period, and i'm just plain cranky. THANK GOD the lil brat isnt there tomorrow. i'd strangle myself. i have one little girl who i swear is the spawn of *****.
