What do I need to do...I had a lull and now realize Nov. is 5 months away! What to focus on? I did the main big stuff already (photographer, hair/makeup, dress, Church, reception site, florist, sent STD, and booked band.) I am not sure where to proceed next - I assume finding transportation/invites?

Same here - we're working on invitations & wedding bands now. I'm also going to make an appt. with our florist some time soon to start discussing the actual bouquets that I'd like. My FH is going to start looking at tuxes soon too to get an idea of what he'd like.
Other than that, I've just been doing the little things now...deciding on place cards & programs, buying baskets, etc so you might want to start on doing those little things too. HTH!

Thanks! We have our wedding bands, and are planning honeymoon but know there is a ton of the stuff that I keep forgetting like, favors - gifts - which are also important. I will start with transportation and invites and keep on goin...

meant to add, check out those checklists in bridal magazines. Even if you don't follow it exactly, they provide a pretty comprehensive list of all the details.

there is a really great checklist on here - ill bump it for you we are focusing now on little details - invites, favors, church ceremony, RD, accesories for that day, BP gifts, etc.
ETA: I bumped it - Its on the BHB board under MOAHT (Mother of all helpful threads)

I actually just recently went off the checklist on this website which helped too.
I just keep checking off what I have done. We put together all the invites and sent out the out of town invites last week. Im excited for the responses back. That was a huge weight lifted off.
Has anyone hired SAS Designs? I am thinking of hiring them to do the table cards, place cards and programs. I am so not crafty and do not have the patience to put anything together.

So far we have: Ceremony/RH Photo/Video My dress,veil & tiarra BM Dresses STD's Sent out FAVORS INVITES Hair/Make-up My DOJ Part of BM DOJ Limos (still tweeking that out)
Hopefully within the next week or so I can get florist booked and perhaps order the FG dresses...and get they guys to go for tuxes LOL

I booked all large vendors. I just finished getting the BP gifts, readers gifts, got my wedding bands, hired someone to do the table cards, programs, table cards, place cards, wish bowl and rehearsal dinner invite. I sent out my oot invites and getting back responses and im going to send the second batch with in the next couple of weeks. just got the basket to put the flip flops in in the bathroom at the hall and a box for our envelopes. I also finished shopping for the HM. We still need to meet with the priest, final meeting with the florist and photographer and hair and makeup trials, buy stuff for the OOT bags and put them together, get marriage license, final fittings....is there anything else I am forgetting???

We still need to finalize limos and do invitations I need to do a hair/make-up trial. Still need shoes and a tiara. Also I still need to do the menu, go for my bridal gown fittings and we need to get our wedding bands. We also need to do favors and speak with the Church to finalize the Church details. Church programs need to be done. We need to buy bridal party gifts. GM and FH need to go for tuxes. If we do a little at each time we'll get it done! No need to stress yet!! LOL

we have almost the same list!
I have BP gifts though. In addition to your list above, I need to do parent gifts, programs, figure out how i'm wrapping the favors, get rehearsal sorted out, and a few other things.
