Re: November Brides-Weather
I am a January bride
and when people say that to me i want to punch them in the face - that is SO inconsiderate. . .
anyway, so since i was stressing about it I decided to get wedding insurance. . . in January I will buy it from wedsafe. . . I am a very anal person and since I cant control the weather this is my way of taking care of the situation. . .
anyway, it snows a lot more in january than it does in november
and sometimes a little snow is better than a torrential downpour of rain - you are never safe from the weather unfortunately!!
I hate when anyone mentions the possibilty of ANY bad weather... we're getting an Indian Summer, damn it! Don't they know?!?!!?

I know how you ladies feel. I'm a November bride and my grandfather keeps telling me that it will snow for the wedding! I don't mind snow and rain on your wedding day is supposed to be lucky!

Its not gonna be 10 feet of snow. If it does, which it most likely won't, it will flurries. November is a beautiful weather month, it hardly rains too...

Hey! We have the same date for the wedding! I actually don't mind the snow. It's the rain that I DO NOT want. My mind set is that it is going to be cold but nice and sunny. When people say 'oh my God you're getting married in november-it's so cold!!!!' I tell them that someone getting married in the middle of July could get tons of rain, like we've had for the past 3 days! Positive thinking...November 25th will be BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I would love a little snow at the wedding!! I wanted a Dec wedding but 3VI wouldn't do it, they do too many Christmas functions....
I want a cool day! I feel like people are more excited about being inside all night for a wedding in cooler weather. In the summer people just want to be outside.
Plus, my photographer had some beautiful pics of snow....unfortunately, up here you can't guess the weather, we just have to roll with it!!!

It is not going to snow. I got married in November and it was a beautiful sunny, not to warm day. A little windy but other than than absolutely beautiful.
