November Brides...Invites?

Have you done your invites yet?? When do you think this needs to be done? I am just not ready yet for some odd reason....

how long do they generally take to order? i was just talking to my sister yesterday trying to figure out when I should start thinking about them

I ordered mine with Tessa about 2 months ago. They should be in around June or July.

I haven't even thought of invitations yet! I'm just not ready either. I guess FH and I have to firm up our guest list first so we know how many we need.

For some reason, I have no desire to deal with invitations!

UGH i'm not ready yet either. I want to send them out like August?? SO I'm thinking I at least have until June to jump on that one! ANd we are within a day of eachtoher... so we can be on the same timline.

I ordered mine only about 2 weeks ago ... I don't think you are behind schedule ... I would just maybe make a few phone calls and find out how long they may take to make

I totally understand how you don't feel like doing them ... I have been like that through the whole planning phase ... It has taken me awhile to actually get around and plan each vendor

I am a Nov bride as well and I have no desire for wedding stuff

I still need BM dresses, Florist, and Invites

Iam sick of vendors!

Hey girl I'm an October bride, and we just did our invitations this past week at Invitations and Beyond-we could have done it by first week of June, we decided to do it early.
They told us typically it takes 2 weeks to do the proof and then another 4 weeks to print.

We are doing lazer calligraphy and they said that would only take a week also.

I think you should order by early July at latest. But ask your invitation place, everybody might be different.

I ordered my invites last week. I will get them end of May and then I have the summer to get caligraphy done and stuff them. They are going out Sept 7. I also found ones i LOVED so I wanted to just order them.

I think you def have time....i think most places will have them ready for you in a few weeks.. just keep in mind that if you are getting caligraphy and stuff it might take a few weeks for that too...

i hear ya on the vendor part ---we still have to book florist , hm, flower girl dresses, tuxes, invites , etc
