Considering on putting HM off until late November instead of going right after our wedding in August. Want to avoid limitations from hurricane season, save a little extra $$$, and works better with work schedules...Seems to make the most sense. Any suggestions for great all inclusives for this time of year? Also, we still want to do something after wedding for a few nights? Something closer to home and not too costly, any ideas??? Thanks

My fh and I are actually thinking of doing the same thing. We're getting married in August but may wait until December for the HM. Our tentative plan is to do either a nice hotel in montauk or the hamptons for like 2-3 days after the wedding and then maybe mexico or jamaica in december. I dont know if you've ever been out to Montauk but we went this past summer for 2 days and it was really nice. They have a ton of hotels on the beach and they're very reasonably priced. Fire Island is another local option.

I've heard of quite a few people doing this, putting their HM off a few weeks/months. If you're looking to get far enough away but not too far, I agree, why don't you go out east for a few days. It's so relaxing and it's far enough but not too too far.

Im going to the Excellence Playa Mujeres, Mexico its all inclusive and has gotten rave reviews checl it out

We are getting married in November and we are going to Tahiti right after.... i have heard of people putting off their honeymoon, so it is completely up to you and FH and what u guys feel comfortable with!
