If you don't need the time financially i say go for it!! I whined to FH how I wanted June 2010 and look how fast it waas gone! It would have been over and we wouldn have been stressed and probably wouldn't have had everything venue, venodrs that we wanted etc. So I am actually glad FH was smart giving ourselves the extra year..if you can do it go for it!! how long will your engagement be when you get married? ours will be 2 1/2 years I can't believe it..lol

if we get married in 2012, we will be engaged 3 years and 1 month. the reason we had pushed it to 2012 was because FH's sister is getting married in 2011.

ETA: at first his sister wasnt happy about it because she wanted 'her year' but since her wedding is in the beginning of 2011, and ours will be at the end of 2011, she is ok with it now.

Im getting married 11-19-2011 at the swan club so excited!!!! we just booked photographer today!
