NOW DONT BE JEALOUS>>>>

I am almost done with my Christmas shopping!!!!!!!!!

I know I know it's super early. But I am prego and fat and swollen and irritable and was afraid if I hung around the malls closer to Christmas they'd hand me a Mrs. Claus suit and make me pose for a bunch of kids....

ANYWAY - I hit Pottery Barn which I had given up on years ago...but somehow this year they actually have 'new' stuff - usually it's all the same every year. Don't get me wrong - they still have the signature silver reindeer candle centerpiece, but they had other great things as well!

I had done quite a bit at Sephora the other day , and I also hit Target for the kids...I even bought our Christmas cards! I cant' believe it. Now I have just a few people left - and they are all getting Cheese of the Month which is easy and online - and is by the way the GREATEST GIFT. I got it for our wedding and we LOVED IT!. We got cheese monthly from all over the world and it was really high quality, packed perfectly, etc.

Just wanted to share! Anybody else start their shopping yet?

I've been 'stockpiling'. Our basement is loaded with Christmas crap, from wrapping paper to gifts.

But your post reminds me...I need to order our Christmas cards from online!!!

i haven't even started yet, i usually start after thanksgiving, but i think this year i'll start earlier so i'm not rushing around on christmas eve getting last minute gifts.

I'm almost finished shopping for my DH. I still have everyone else to buy for, though...

I don't think I'll be done by Thanksgiving this year. The move is going to slow me down.

Wish I was done . But I'm not doing that much this year. We are taking my kids and granddaughter to Disney and that is their big gift. I plan on getting each of them some small stuff but that's pretty much it.

I am getting there....I picked up some more stuff today, and I got Paul's haircut so we can take his Christmas picture and have our cards made.

I still don't know what to get my Dad, my brothers and my uncle. The men in my life are so difficult!

I wish I could... I always dreamed of a Christmas baby. I was born on December 3rd and my mother always says that the reason I am so obsessed with Christmas is that she used to lay me down underneath the tree and I would just STARE at the lights for hours. (I bet these days she would be arrested for child endangerment! Could choke on pine needles, lights could cause blindness, glass ornament shards could scratch skin.... )

To this day I can not get ENOUGH of Christmas lights, and every night I do lay under the tree and look at them...crazy I know..but old habits die hard!

Yup, I am 3/4 done myself. Also bought wrapping paper and Christmas cards. I'm always done early each year - eliminates last minute stress. Glad to hear there are other neurotics out there like me
