NOW I'm starting to get ANNOYED....UPDATED: she called me BACK!

I have called Tarale (hair) 4 TIMES since week before last and she STILL hasn't called me back.....anyone else having problems getting in touch with her?
Honestly, I am about to say forget it and book someone else who has the time to call back their clients........I mean, she is SO SWEET and I don't want to be mad at her, but COME ON! I called you 4 times already!

What do you guys think???? I just wanted to tell her to add on 3 BM's for her to do on my wedding day including me....no big deal and I have a year...but am I wrong to feel this is unprofessional? Also, I never signed any kind of contract, and so it makes me nervous...what if she cancels at the last minute?

So...what do you ladies think?????

ETA: SHE CALLED BACK! she was on vacation in Mexico and forgot to change her voice mail message to let everyone know. She was on a boat she said and her phone didnt have a signal.......

I had a hard time getting in touch with her too before my wedduing, but don't worry, the hair she does is worth the wait.

I get annoyed easily but in this case...I would wait until after Labor Day weekend. Once September 7th comes...make a decision!

she COULD be on vacation...her voice mailbox is full and I can't leave a message.....but it still makes me nervous...if it was me, I would have left some kind of message saying I was away on vacation and not able to return calls....

I am so torn....

She is probably away. I would wait. Now that we are on topic, does she have a web site? I have no idea who i am using for hair.

I also have tried to contact another hair stylist via email and she did not get back to me. They must be away on some hair convention

It took her a while to return my calls too. She did call back eventually. Call again and get through to her voce mail and let her know that it i saying that it is full.

Just wait a little more, she will call.

ok, i know , it is annoying, I had this issue with a limo compnany, so I booked soemoen else. And yes , I had months I could have waited, but there wasn't anything special about this limo company.

You do have a year thoguh & I'm sure she is budy with peopel that are havigntheir weddign right now, So I'd wait alittle bit.

I don't have a contract from my make up person.
I will call & cofirm, but I guess there's not much else I can do.

My hair person, I saw her write in in the book & shew rote it down on a card for me & my mom goes there all the time, so that I am not worried about.

I had a rough time contacting her too, but she's worth it. I've spoken to her twice this week. Maybe It's just that I'm dominating all her time that you can't get in touch with her?

I know, I need to be patient...but I am the kind of girl who needs instant gratification...i go into this obsessed mode otherwise...
If I could get through to her voice mail, I would leave her another message, but her mailbox is full. And if it's NOT full...that means she checked her messages and STILL didnt call me back. LOLOL. I am psycho today!

if this is a business and had gone on vacation, a msg on answering machine should of been left stateing that...

yes annoyed, mayber away, ok but if away they should of change outgoing msg...

AH-HA! so YOU'RE the culprit! Now I can't be mad...lol

SERIOUSLY, though, I would NEVER expect you to remember to tell her I've been trying to reach her on your WEDDING DAY! That should be the last thing on your mind! You just sit there and relax and don't even THINK about neesiepie over here in psycho mode...
BUT....if ya do happen to remember it by some SMALL chance....I would appreciate it!

I voted chill because you do have time but I absolutely agree with how you feel & was gonna write what you just said ... a true professional would make sure any clients or potential clients would knew (via the outgoing msg or email autoresponse) if they were out of town. I know I would not want people losing faith in me ...
