So, we have now gone over pricing and Saturday's are a bit crazily priced for what we want so we are going for a three day weekend on a Sunday night. I know that some places charge holiday Sundays like Saturdays but can you please post or FM me some Sunday quotes that you have gotten? I am very interested in Russo's, CHCC, Woodbury CC, Sandcastle, Leonard's and I guess nothing too far out East (not past Sayville). If anyone can give me Sunday Night pricing I'd be very grateful! Thanks ladies!

We looked at Columbus Day weekend 2012 and originally wanted that Sunday thinking it would be cheaper but all the places we went to were going to charge us more than a Saturday since it was a holiday weekend although none of them were ones you mentioned. I would just call and ask if they still have the date you are thinking of available and what the price is, once you have that you can always negotiate.

I booked a Sunday night on MLK weekend...I didn't look at any of the places that you are interested in but none of the RH I went to raised the price for that Sunday.

I believe a Sunday for Sandcastle was about $150/pp including taxes and fees, for a Sunday in Sept. Not sure how it changes monthly.

We had our wedding on a Thursday Evening in the summer (also seen Thursday evenings throughout the year) when I tell you that it was $70 less a head I am not kidding around - everyone had a great time. When people complained I said 'If I had Yankee's box seats for a Wednesday Night game and called you on Monday you would come, I gave you a year and this is our wedding!' I only got a few complaints but consider it - honestly we saved so much!

My son got married at Russo's on Sept. 3, 2007 which was Labor Day MONDAY! Russo's gave them an extremely good price and said days like this (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day etc) are always much more reasonable. At first we were a little apprehensive about having the wedding on a Monday, but then thought it would be the same as a Sunday wedding so they went for it. Everyone showed up and it was fabulous.
Think about it as it may be a good option for you as well.

when i booked chcc, sundays of holiday weekends were $10 less than a sat night. i believe the chcc quote was $79

Some will give you quotes, others don't. Personally the ones that didn't was a major turn off for me. I don't want to go into a place, fall in love and then find out I can't afford it. Waste of my time and theirs. With your date being in 2014 I don't know if they will give you any quotes since its so far away. When I was calling this passed June for my Oct 2013 wedding I kept getting comments about it being sooo far away.. got kind of annoying lol. So just a heads up
