mmm at cheesecake factory, we have Stefanie's Ultimate Red Velvet Cake Cheesecake...it's 2 layers of red velvet cake, between two layers of our original cheesecake smoothed on top with a cream cheese icing and garnished with white chocolate shavings on the side...mmmmm
