Now that we did the BP - What about gifts for Parents ?

I know I posted this recently but didnt get much of a response. What are you all doing?

Now that we did the BP - What about gifts for Parents ?

Included in our photo pkg is an 8x11 for each of our parents. We are getting each of them 8x11 Silver Frames and putting a poem in them to give at the rehearsal dinner and telling them they're for the pictures they will be getting.

Now that we did the BP - What about gifts for Parents ?

We have three sets of parents. His are divorced. Each is getting a cope of the wedding video and 18 picture album. We will also write them an extra special thank you note.

Now that we did the BP - What about gifts for Parents ?

We also have (3) sets of parents. I got each of them (1) 8x10, (16) photo parent ablum, copy of the video plus I am getting the mothers the wedding hankerchiefs. They have a cute poem on them about wedding tears of joy. You find them in the invitation books or at wedding shops.

For my FI's mom...

we are giving her: dress hair makeup (?) Lenox frame with photos Parent Album Flowers on that day She doesn't have much money but is such a sweetie we want to make sure she feels like a princess. My dad on the other hand isn't sentimental, thinks weddings are a waste of money and isn't contributing so he will probably get nothing.

Now that we did the BP - What about gifts for Parents ?

The albums are obviously gifts given after the wedding. This is what I plan to do as well. But I fell like they should be presented with something at the rehearsal dinner. How can I fit it in, w/o it sounding like an IOU?

We got both of our moms Wishbowls, wedding albums, framed engagement photo, and I'm getting them each a wedding hanky. Also, for my mom, cuz she's my hero and has been fabulous, I'm going to get her a special gift (to be determined) while we're on our honeymoon! :)
