Re: NRC Brides
I don't think they make them...I'm making ours..the reason I don't think they make them is that a bride on here said be sure to make them becasue the waiters didn't kow how htings ere prepared when the guests asked....
We went to the tasting last Wenesday...it was Fabulous!

Re: NRC Brides
haven't made the final choices yet...but definitely the chateaubriad...it was so delicious even without the sauce. My dad loved the salmon with the slasa wer'e unsure about the chicken...either the tuscany sauce or the butter sauce becasue it's good for older people who want something plain..
The eggplant rollatini was OK being Itlaian, we eat that at home...want something more special....
the salad, we think. is going to be the grilled vegetable stack but don'tknow about the tri color or the mixed greens...they didn't serve the tri color at the tasting...all of the salads were on the mixed greens not much of a choice....
the baby lamb chops were delicious...so were the filo cups with mozzarella bruscetta!
Have you gone to your tasting yet?

No, did you just call to find out when it was? I haven't been notified about any tastings. But, I guess we have time.
