I am usin fairfield marriot for guests. Its so close to the NRC and they gave us a very resonable price. But FH and I are staying at the Garden City Hotel.

not NRC, but CHCC.

We're using the Hampton Inn Jericho. It's right on Jericho Turnpike off of Brush Hollow Road. It's only 1 year old, everything is new and they charge $139 per night for a 2 queen hotel room with pullout couch (so it can sleep up to 6 people). That includes hot breakfast every night AND a shuttle to and from CHCC for my reception.

They have an indoor pool, free parking, give out the OOT bags free of charge, and put up a sign regarding the shuttle.

If you don't want the shuttle, I think the price was $119 per night for the rooms.

No financial obligation either! Definitely go give it a look.

we have close to 80 OOTers so I blocked at Fairfield and Fox Hollow, but thinking of blocking somewhere else too.

We used the Executive Inn....I was half expecting it to be a dump based on how it looked on the outside, but the price was right and I knew my guests wouldn't complain. I must say that the rooms were very clean and very nice for the price ($99 for a King!), we got a free breakfast the next morning which was decent and included hot waffles. Our room was the bridal suite and was two stories with a small kitchen. The people there were very nice and were very accomodating when DH called the front desk at 3 AM and asked for a bottle of soda.
