We have our menu appointment tonight

Please share your menu choices to help us with the process

mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, seved with the grilled vegetable tower.

chateubriand
chicken tuscany
herb roasted salmon
vegetarian pasta primavera

a touch of vienesse and wedding cake for dessert.
they make any kind of cake you want, just not fondant icing.

with the exception of the pasta, these were all the things we tasted in January, they were good back then so we didn't want to change.

Coincidentally, I did that last night. George was awesome!

For CH, I picked:
crudite, crepes, antipasta, pasta, duck, mexican, mashed potato bar and a carving station

For dinner:
Chateau Briand with wild mushroom porcini sauce
Stuffed chicken with spinach, artichoke, etc.
Chilean Sea bass with mango salsa (if we can get it...if not Tilapia with baby lobster sauce)

Oh and we picked goat cheese and pear salad.

oh, i forgot about the CH selections.
for the stations :
1) crudites
2) Pasta with vodka sauce and pesto
3) roast turkey breast adn the grilled flank steak
4) crepes - with spinach & mushroom, and seafood medley
5) Italian feast
6) saute station - chicken with spinach & sun dried tomato, loin of prok with carmelized onions
7) mashed potato bar
8) oriental delights
only station we did not do is the kids station, although that seems fun.

we are also adding the seafood bar.
