NRC is definitely on top of their game

So after yesterday's address fiasco with the invitations and direction cards, I just got a phone call from my banquet manager. She asked if I had some sort of a problem yesterday (since I didn't get to speak with her) that wasn't resolved.

I explained everything to her, and how the response I received was unacceptable, and she apologized for the miscommunication, explained why the addresses were changed, and told me that they'd reimburse me the cost of my new inserts.

I'm VERY happy with this, as it shows that a) they KNEW I wasn't satisfied with the response I received, and b) they are taking responsibility for a mistake.

So I just called and spoke to Maryann.... My invites went in the mail yesterday..... and I didn't hear about this until now. I have no idea what they say in relation to each other. Since I'm at work and i took the address off the website to do the reception cards..... there's nothing I can do about it now. People will find it!

I can't go nuts!
Geeeeeezzzzzz

That's great!

I wish they would resolve my issues with them. My original BM was fantastic but right now they are putting me through hell and I can't believe the way someone talked to us on the phone. I was so shocked.
