George walks you through everything. He actually mentioned the 'extras' to me without asking - Intermezzo and Martini luge and I think maybe an extra station - but I don't remember if that was George or Nadine that gave me that.
ETA: Also changed my ice sculpture.

Yup, this is where you find out your extras. We had an upgraded chafing dish and a martini luge. We also gave George the Incredible Hulk poster that night to base our ice sculpture off of
He'll also give you everything for seating and your vendors, you'll pick your cake, and your linens.
Oh and don't be surprised if they throw in things the night of. I was watching my video a few weeks ago and realized we had 3 carving stations when we only expected 2. They threw in a lamb shank
