How are you doing? How's the bedrest going? I hope you're doing well, I'm happy you have a laptop and you can come on here with us! How often are you going to your Dr now?

Hey Nina! I'm here BTW congrats on the new home. Truthfully bedrest stinks, I don't get any privilages whatsoever, I thought she would at least let me get my nails done at the salon but she looked at us like we had 4 heads and reminded us of how serious my condition is.
I am starting my 25 week today and our goal is to make it to 28 weeks without complications...since I got out of the hospital we have had 3 scares..one was bleeding and the other 2 were contractions which of course is a big NO NO when the baby isn't viable yet.
I now see the doctor every other week instead of every week as we get further along, boy do I look forward to that outing!!! I will be on bedrest until I deliver, it takes it's toll mentally and physically I'm getting more and more uncomfortable because I can only sleep and sit with my tushi elevated so the cervix is tilted YIKES!!
I just took my glocouse test and I'll find out the results next week, how are you feeling??? what week are you in? My baby moves like crazy!! it's got to be a boy!

Thanks, but don't speak to soon, you can say congrats again when we actually close!
Wow, the whole thing sounds really difficult. I'm assuming that DH is at work all day? Who else do have to help you with stuff like cooking? Do you have to actually lay down all day? I know the grass isn't always greener, but bed rest to me sounds really good right now! I'm 30 weeks 4 days, and I haven't been sleeping well lately, I get up 5x at night to pee, and I can't get comfortable sleeping on my left side even with my snoogle pillow. I feel so bloated and big all the time. So, basically I've been tired all day long the last week or so and want to sleep all day, kinda like I felt in the 1st trimester. I also started taking iron supplements, b/c my MW said my count wasn't low enough to be anemic, but it wasn't great either.
Well, hang in there, I hope the next 3 weeks will go by fast for you.

Yes, I have to lie down all day, no prolonged standing, only when I'm in the shower. I'm either in bed or in the living room on the recliner (thank god for that recliner!!!)
I don't sleep at all...funny thing is I never gotten really any fatigue at all since day 1 of this pregnancy and I'm still not tired. Am I the only pregnant woman who does not sleep??? I go to bed every night somewhere between 12-12:30 and get up with hubby at 6:50 am and stay awake all day, I don't even nap! I went to bed at three this morning and have been up since 8:00 am! I'm weird.
We don't have any help really 'Brian works all day and he gives me breakfast and sets me up with lunch and the neighbor makes sure I eat and sets me up, she is a doll!! 3 more months to go!!
I hope you can get some sleep for the both of us!!!
