I've visited 15 venues already and dont LOVE any. A few are OK but all have some negatives.
How many venues did you see before booking your venue???

we knew the second we saw hwc we loved it... we went to the other 2 just to compare, and just stoped because we knew HWC was the one...

no worries...altough i only visted three, i think my sister-in-law looked at every venue that exists on Long Island...whatever the case DONT SETTLE...you dont want to have any regrets, and when you find the place YOU'LL JUST KNOW! my sister-in-law just kept looking and fell in love with the last place she looked. all the best!

I went to 3 and picked the first one I went to which was Eastwind. I knew as soon as I pulled up to the place I wanted to get married there. Even when I went to the other 2 halls in my head, I was not even paying attention to what they were saying.

I was the MOH in my best friends wedding so i went to all of the Nassau County halls with her. When we looked at the CB, I told her that it was where i would get married at. I got engaged two weeks later and I took FH straight back to the CB

We only looked at the Riviera and the WM. We booked the WM the night we saw it.

Villa Lombardi's East Wind Fox Hollow Crest Hollow The Sheraton
-PLUS- 2 places in staten island that I can't even remember the names of. One was okay, the other was TERRIBLE!
We picked Crest Hollow. We really also loved East Wind, but CH offered the best price, the prettiest room (we thought) and a more convenient location.
