Re: Numbering RXSP's
Hi, I am actually addressing my invites right and taking a break. What do you mean numbering? Should I be doing this?

Re: Numbering RXSP's
I also heard of this idea and thought it was great... this way you can keep track of the RSVP's (especially if someone forgets to write their names or whatnot...)

Re: Numbering RSVP's
I wrote a # in small writing on the back of the rsvp - this way if the person doesnt write there name on it, I will know who it is....
I used excel for the guest list and just added a column and put the same # on the back of there rsvp card in the column...
I recommend doing it. All my invited we done and just needed to be sealed - I opened every last one of them and added the #....

When you send out your invitations people have to fill in their names and Will/Will not attend on the RSVP card, but you would be surprised how many people send back the card but forget to put their name. Putting a small number on the back helps you keep track of who has sent back their RSVPs and who hasn't.

Re: Numbering RSVP's
It is definitely a great idea. I have gotten 5 RSVPs back w/out names. Had I not done that I would not have seated 4 people!
