Nutrisystem- TMI

Has anyone who is on this experience not being able to go to the bathroom? I have been on it for a week and have not been going regularly. I just want to see if maybe its the food. TIA

I never did it but two girls at work did & I could have sworn they had the opposite problem but I could be wrong. I just remember they called to cancel because of the 'problems' and they got a full refund.
