Just from what you wrote, I'd go for the new position. Casual every day, 10 minute difference in commute, more money, less hectic environment? Oh yeah! What does your FH say?
Good luck with either decision you make. It's hard to let go of things that we're comfortable with or have grown accustomed to...but we could be missing our blessings if we don't move forward. Have you ever read 'Who Moved My Cheese?' Decisions like this make me think of this book.
