nwf: so frustrated

i seem to be doing nothing right at work lately. everything i do is a huge mistake. of course this is right before raise/bonus time. i have never effed up so much or so badly

oh and yesterday my boss had a talk with me yesterday about why i'm effing up so much bc its 'not characteristic of me'. then EVERYTHING i did yesterday was wrong AND today too. everything i touch turns to effed up. its been like this since sept and has gotten progressively worse

Kate! No worries!!!! I think when it comes time for raise/bonus, bosses usually look at the year as a whole, so I wouldn't worry too much about it!

Less LIW, more focus on work for the next week or so!
