NWR: #1 ACNE CURE

I have really bad acne and I have tried EVERYTHING!!!! My sis told me to put LISTERINE on my face at night. I was hesitant at first bec thats mouth wash not face wash, lol. Its been a week later,and let me tell you girls, my face is clearing up and it looks 10x better than last week I wash my face in the morn and night with Cetaphil wash and I put listerine on at night before I go to sleep. Try it, IMO it works!!!!!!!

She is a pharmacist tech, the pharmacist told her about it. There is some kind of med in it that supposedly works.

Well, I've heard of using toothpaste as a spot treatment for acne so I can see this working.

Yeah it was so annoying. You had to leave it on for like 15 minutes so it dried. I hated it but it worked for me. I think it depends on everyones skin. I hated mine growing up so I was willing to try anything..lol

llike do you use this on a cotton ball like you are using alcohol?

yes I use a cottonball, I put a little list on it and put it on my pimples and I really see results and it doesnt dry my face

YaY that's great!!! I use proactive which I think works wonders but it is so weird how everyone has such different skin that you wont know what works for you until you try everything..LoL...I'm glad the listerine worked for you, just make sure it doesn't dry out your skin!!!

I use proactive too and I honestly think it's the refining face mask that works for me. The other stuff I'm sure helps but if I just use the basic kit I break out... ok one or two pimples. But the mask really ***** all the junk up and keeps it clear.

i usually have bad skin...the only thing is, my skin is super sensative so usually when i try anything it only makes it worse!!

i have been drinking cider vinegar twice a day though, for my heartburn...and it actually helps to clear up acne too!! it's the only thing that's ever really helped...so i've been sticking with it.

the only down side is it tastes like feet times 10.

I have really sensative skin also, thats why everything I used gave me a bad reaction. Vinegar also works, WOW, maybe I will try that too.

yeah and actually it helps you loose weight too.

i'm not kidding, it's like the end-all cure-all best thing ever.

except again...it tastes realllllllly bad! i mix 2 tablespoons w apple juice. once in the morning and once before dinner. it's really gross to choke down but i SWEAR it works!
