NWR: 25th birthday... HELP!

Well, my 25th birthday is this Saturday and I want to do something special.

My friends, FH and I were going to go out for dinner and drinks, until Sunday when my mother announced that she was making dinner for me and my brother, sisterinlaw, nephew, aunt, MOH and future inlaws are invited... I was like 'I had plans' and she got upset, so we decided to do an early dinner (4ish) then I'll go out with everyone after for DESSERT and drinks.

Now.. my issue is.. WHERE DO WE GO?

I want to go to four in farmingdale, but everyone says its too expensive.
my MOH and FH want to go to the melting pot, but they close at 11 and I plan on being out all night.
I also thought about taste in sayville, FH, MOH and I went there after we did or 'E-pics' (moh took them for us, came out pretty good for a novice), the food there isn't that good, but the desserts were AMAZING, hello FRIED TWINKIES!

Can anyone suggest places that are open later and offer desserts AND drinks?

We're looking for western suffolk/eastern nassau area.
I tried doing a google search, but got mostly baskin/robbins and carvel.

THANK YOU!!!

Sorry I don't have any reccomendations, but just so you don't make a wasted trip, Taste is no longer in business.

Happy Birthday!

Re: NWR: 25th birthday... HELP!

Perabells in Patchogue is soooo good. Their food is amazing and they have a bar in the front. I think the kitchen closes at 11 on weekends.
I would also suggest making a reservation since the dining room is small - but I'm telling you, the food is to die for.
