Awww maybe bring some tuna with you and just set it out and sit next to it. Sometimes making yourself look smaller makes you less scarier to animals.

we get racoons at night and if i leave the food outside right now we will get bombarded with racoons.

Then try going out with out the food but kneel down and see if the kitten will approach you.

sitting with the food next to you is a good idea though, once the kitten gets used to that, you can put the food in your lap. give it a day or two he'll climb right in your lap to eat..

and then he's yours.. muah ha ha ha ha.

just kidding about the evil laugh, but it will work. we saved a kitten that way.

There is a kitten that has been doing the same thing by my house

Can you buy a humane trap to catch it so you can bring it in?

Also, look into how to take care of feral cats.

you might be able to go to your vet and get a trap so that you can catch the kitten. It may be easier that way.

Aww poor baby Try to lure him in with some food. I agree with kneeling down and maybe put a lil on the floor and see if he will eat it and maybe after the 1st taste he'll want some more and will come to u. I hope you r able to help the lil baby.

Yup, Dr.Senk =)
She was really helpful when my cat got sick and since it's a clinic she's really cheap. My friend has 3 kittens she's trying to find homes for if anyone is interested
