NWR: 30th Birthday for DH

Hey Girls,

So DH is turing 30 next month and I am going to have a surprise planned:

Dinner and drinks and our house and then a 20 passenger Hummer for all the close friends to go party it up in the city.

I am wondering since I am not having a formal party, should I pay for the limo? I was thinking pay for the first half then it would be $20 a person - which is pretty much what they would pay for a round trip tp the city and for all taxis...

Pay for all? Half? None?

I think that people wouldn't mind paying for part of the limo. FH and I went to dinner (and that's all) in the city and we paid for our part of the limo.

i agree - i dont think it would be an imposition for everyone to pay for themselves and for part of the b'day boy!

I agree, if they are willing to pay for the limo then why not have them pay for it. If not then pay half and they can pay the $20...

haha I ertianly did- I felt so wierd today calling the limo guy and referring to Patrick as 'my husband' still takes a lot of getting used too!!
