I'm throwing one of my MOH's a 30th Birthday Party at my apartment (she didn't want to go out). I’m trying to think of a theme that doesn’t require the guests to dress in any special way … any ideas?

What is she interested in? Does she have any hobbies? A favorite movie? Favorite type of food?
What about music throughout the years? You can start in the 50s with some of the popular music and go all the way to present day with some Lady Gaga. Then you can decorate with records, a traks, cassettes, CD, iPod, etc.
Or what about Christmas in July type of party? Put up the tree and wrap a gift in Christmas wrapping paper.

What about a cooking party? You can assign each person a step, or a dish, and have a great 5 course meal. Everyone can wear fun aprons and you could drink lots of wine at home without driving anywhere.
Or a game night! Have everyone bring a board game and play a new game each hour. Some games like Outburst, Taboo, Scattergories are hysterically fun. Of course, add in the wine and some good food and it will be a blast!

It's going to be hard to do games or cooking, since our apartment has a limited amount of space and we're having over 15 people

80s. im sure everyone has SOME THING in their closet that can be 80s. hello leggings! slouch socks! and cut up shirts/sweats.
and if she is turning 30, she may LOVE the 80s :o)
