Did any of you read the books and if so...what do you really think of them??

Re: NWR: 50 Shades Trilogy
They were okay. In all honesty, they aren't that well written. If you are looking for a plot heavy book, it's not this . But for fun, it's a good trilogy. I read them in about 4 days.

Re: NWR: 50 Shades Trilogy
Read all of book one. it's all sex with no ending or great plot!
Started book 2 to see what happens but only up to a certain point. I'll finish it though because I want to know what the point of the trilogy is.
It seems like it'll be one long book broken into three sections.
The naughty stuff gets tiresome after a while. It loses its shock value pretty quick.

I just finished the first book and it was just okay. I'm a huge reader and I've read other books that have a better plot and just as steamy sex scenes. I really don't see what the hype is all about. I'm planning to read the other 2, so we shall see...

Ok...glad it is not just me LOL. I read the book about halfway before deciding I was bored to death. Just don't see what all the hype is about.

Re: NWR: 50 Shades Trilogy
Im reading the 1st one now. The writing isnt the greatest. How much can a person blush or frown in 1 chapter? Lol The sex scenes are a bit ridiculous at certain points.. like the 1st one (I dont want to give anything away if someone didnt read it yet) but I find myself saying yea right or BS lol Inspite of all that I will keep reading. I want to see where the story goes. Its a quick read.

You can't lend it while you are reading it, but after that would be WONDERFUL! Thanks.
